Who We Are
Since 1965, Where & When, Pennsylvania's Travel Guide has been sharing all the great things there is to see and do in PA. And, over the years we've seen the length of the family vacation shrink. So, early in 2017, we began planning a travel fair to show families that you can still take a fantastic vacation without breaking the bank or missing out on anything.
Our Mission
Our mission is simply to bring back the family vacation. And specifically, to help Pennsylvanians plan their vacation in PA. Our goal is to bring families together to strengthen those bonds and make memories that will last a lifetime. Whether it's a day trip, weekend getaway or a week-long vacation, Pennsylvania has something for everyone!
